This sergeant caught a guy at Em Bypass, for no reason, when the guy Shabi Ul Hussain asked why did he stopped him ? The  sergeant  replied for breaking signal, which was not at all true. Then the guy told the  sergeant to check the cctv footage, for the confirmation, sergeant refused to check.
